Place the desired products in the shopping cart, tell us your delivery address, select a payment method, check everything again and place the order.

Once your order has not shipped, it may be canceled and your order amount will be immediately refunded to the original method of payment.

- Unfortunately, the order placed can no longer be changed and would have to be cancelled. 
- Orders that have not yet been shipped can be canceled and refunded immediately.
- The sent order can be returned to us free of charge by cancellation and refunded after receipt.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email order confirmation. After your order has shipped you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.

After receiving your order, you can cancel everything within 14 days and send it back to us free of charge. A return label is available free of charge in our returns portal. After receipt of the return, the order amount will be refunded immediately to the original payment method.

If an exchange is desired, an exchange item will be sent immediately.

There are only optical differences that do not represent a therapeutic effect. Because the built-in infrared heating tube produces a warm white light similar to the sun, which is perceived as either dark red or warm white light through the ceramic filter disc.

Our high-performance ceramic filter discs are necessary for:
1) Passing through the estimated IR deep heat «A» portions that are partially or completely filtered out by conventional panes of glass.
2) Protection against splash water at high temperatures up to 600 °C.
3) Eye-friendly and comfortable light distribution.
