Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not related to their commercial or self-employed professional activity.)

Withdrawal Policy

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without providing any reason.

The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day:
- on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods, provided you have ordered one or more goods within a single order and they are delivered collectively;
- on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last good, provided you have ordered multiple goods within a single order and these goods are delivered separately;
- on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last partial shipment or the last item, provided you have ordered a good that is delivered in multiple partial shipments or items.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Artvion, Puetzgasse 2, 42719 Solingen, Germany, Telephone: +49‭15566200650‬, Email: info@artvion.de) by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) regarding your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, though this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from selecting a different type of delivery than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 30 days from the day on which we received your withdrawal notification. We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 30 days from the day you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the 30-day period expires.

Return Costs:
- Within Germany, we fully cover the return costs. Upon receipt of your withdrawal notification, we will provide you with a free return shipping label.
- For returns from abroad, the return shipping costs must be borne by you as the customer. Please ensure that the goods are sufficiently prepaid when returning them.

The refund of the purchase price will be made promptly, but no later than fourteen days after the returned goods have been received by us. We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.

Depreciation of the Goods:

You shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss of value results from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the goods. Any potential depreciation will be determined by us after receiving and inspecting the returned goods and will be transparently communicated to you before any potential offset against the refund.

Exclusions and Premature Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:
- for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and whose production requires an individual selection or determination by the consumer or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
- for the supply of individually created treatment plans, sketches, or drawings, except for subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts:
- for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if their seal has been removed after delivery;
- for the supply of goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature;
- for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal has been removed after delivery.
